Pau Franco is 28 years old. She is a professional Illustrator and Graphic Designer from Argentina. In 2007 she graduated from Instituto Superior Comunicación Visual (ISCV) Fundación Rosario Diseño, Argentina.
After graduating, Paula was selected by the Department of Culture to represent her country on some workshops for children in Cailungo (San Marino) where she had the opportunity to teach Spanish to children between 6 and 12 years, as well as develop artistic activities.
In 2008, Paula moved to Europe. She lived in San Marino for two years, working as a Senior Graphic Designer for two well known Web Agencies in Italy. In 2009 she visited the exhibitions of Bil Bol Bul (Bologna, Italy), Bolibri (Bologna, Italy) and Lucca Comics (Città di Lucca, Italy) She made friendship with some illustrators from different countries. That cultural exchange was very enriching and inspiring.
Paula now lives in Argentina and works as Illustrator for Europe, specially for the UK and Ireland, and Senior Graphic Designer for Italy. She also collaborates with the comic strip “Mi vida de a tres” written by Alejandro Farias, and some other projects that will be released soon, such as several Illustrated Children’s Books and a Graphic Novel.
In her little free time she updates this blog, and promises to show her current projects as soon as possible.
